hello 47 is part of the 47-44 four unit bridge with hopeless prognosis. The buccal wall is almost gone with little vertical bone height. I am planning the extraction and socket preservation of the tooth 47.( curretage, allograft, RTM cytoplast membrane,) considering the amount of buccal bone-loss, will I be able to predictably regain some of that bone height for a 5X7 ETIII implant.
