47 implant - missing buccal wall

hello   47 is part of the 47-44 four unit bridge with hopeless prognosis. The buccal wall is almost gone with little vertical bone height.   I am planning the extraction and socket preservation of the tooth 47.( curretage, allograft, RTM cytoplast membrane,)   considering the amount of buccal bone-loss, will I be able to predictably regain some of that bone height for a 5X7 ETIII implant.   I appreciate your comments. ...

Hi everyone   I performed a 15 exo and immediate implant with a 4.5x10mm Hiossen ET3 implant 6 weeks ago and today i saw the pt for a followup.
