Hi all, Quick question on 3I implant system. I haven't heard about 3I implant before. One of my patient got it done in Korea. I guess it's Japanese product. Need to take out the crown to repair it due to porcelain fracture. Do you know if nobel or other implant prosthetic kit is compatible with this implant system or does it need its own? Thanks.   Sunny....

Patient did not go back to the oral surgeon to have implants done back then.   It has been around 4 months since I place...

Dear bites doctors, 52 years old healthy male asian patient. He has been notified from previous dentist that the tooth 43 needs to come out because of severe perio issue. Has been delaying for a few years now and the tooth is very mobile.   He lives in north van so wants to have minimal trip to surrey. My biggest concern is obviously lack of buccal bone and tissue. For temporary, i'm planning to make him a flipper because i think...

Hi guys, I have a patient who recently had a full mouth clearance, currently has CULD and would like an implant supported option. Ideally would like a fixed option but cannot afford all on 4 treatment.  His chief concerns with the dentures are stability and he does not like having the palate covered. I know when doing a bar overdenture on the mandible you often have to remove quite a bit of bone so that there is enough room when doing the ...

The CT shows mucosal thickening in the sinus (or possibly mucous retention cyst?) How should this be managed before a sinus lift is attempted or can I go forward with the sinus lift? Thanks....
