Hey Dr. Kwon,I was planning this case for 2 implants in #13/14 area on the CBCT and notice this canal which interferes directly with my placement of # 13My first thought was a secondary nasopalatine canal? I did some research and found believe it to be a rare anatomical variation known as "Canalis Sinuosus", a small branch off the infraorbital canal. Have you encountered this before? Dear Colleagues,I am planning an open flap, Ibrush, ErCrYag, decontamination, with a PRF, sticky bone graft.  I haven't used the ibrush yet, but have watched Mark's vid and am not concerned about that.  My question is: what type of flap would you use to gain access.  ie. extension and design seeing as it is in the esthetic zone although lip line is favourable. Hi All,I would appreciate your advice regarding this case. I am familiar with the immediate molar and immediate anterior but for this bicuspid with two roots would you do an immediate implant and temporary?I am happy with the length of bone available but am concerned about the void that will be left by the palatal root. Normally I'd remove the tooth and graft then easy implant 6months later but this patient is very concerned regarding estheti...
