Hi, This is a case of a 4 unit bridge 45-46-47-48 with 45 and 48 as abutments. The bridge is already fractured at # 48 . My major concern is what has been seen at the CBCT as indicated there is cemnto-osseous dysplysia . it seems to be very small and localised more towards the buccal . My questions to Faculty is : What are your thought regarding placing implant...

The gingiva was healed very well at time of suture removal in late May. What could be the cause of this? And what should I do no...

Hi doctors Can you please offer me some feedback/suggestions regarding this case. The treatment plan is as follows: 14: 4x10mm ET3 implant 15: 4x10mm ET3 implant 16: 5x10mm ET3 implant 26: 5x10mm ET3 implant (recently exo'd and socket grafted) As you can see, there is adequate vertical height to allow a CAS lift but width is about 5.5-6mm. I'd like to get try to expand the ridge a bit more and I am considering 3 app...
