[Surgery]  Anterior Implant - finished case

Dear instructors,
Probably you remember this case. I have sent it on forum several times.
I put pictures from before until finish and I would like to learn more. Please let me know  your thought on this case.
The Patient is happy because he was with no front teeth for a while.
he presented with missing 11 and as you see root on 12 and broken root of 13 and no Bone on 21. Atruamatic exo were done and GBR was done. After 5 months the implant were placed. after 3 weeks temporary bridge was made chair side.and Yesterday I delivered final.

Nice job! Anterior open bite sure makes things easier. Our orthodontist just showed me cases where palatal tads were used to correct open bite vs having orthognathic surgery (which has a low case acceptance rate). Pretty interesting stuff! Ho-Young

I assume the final is : implant supported #11-x-13 bridge? Nicely done! I think your case selection was very good. Having anterior open bite helps with minimal stress to during implant healing. even though, you staged your case, not much compromise in terms of tissue management. Your temporary bridge did good job to 'tissue mould' the pontic site. Great job!
