Hi guys I've taken your PRF course and use it routinely with great success! I've also taken your soft tissue grafting course, another great course as usual, although that was before PRF days. (I'm really aging myself here! haha) Anyways, I'm wondering how you go about incorporating PRF into your soft tissue surgeries, in particular alloderm tunnel grafting, which is the technique I use most often. I'm ass...

Hello, I was wondering if anyone has tips on how to remove bone tacks after PRF/particulate grafting? I spent a long time removing the 3 tacks I used to hold down the membrane. I am wondering if should use shorter bone tacks next time or maybe there is a tool to unscrew the bone tacks. Thanks JM...

I extracted a tooth 2 weeks ago, and the patient wants a single tooth replacement. Do you think it needs to wait before we do this? I have received a taper kit from Shawn, and I'm ready to go... what about placement? would you put it in the distal root space, or move it more mesial? I gather a good approach is to prep it for 5 mm, then go to 6mm if you get a spinner. Is this a good strategy? Also, how...

Hello all, I would like an opinion on whether to place another bone graft and titanium mesh for bone heigh in place of a previously extracted 2.4 Patient is motivated to have an implant instead of bridge and is informed that for an aesthetic result he might need further site preparation. The photos are of the healing site 1 month post extraction, PRF and bone graft. My concern is regarding the healing site and ...

Hi Faculty Members, I'm posting an x-ray of this implant. I believe it is a 3.0 one piece biohorizon. The porcelain chipped off and there was an open contact as well. My plan was to remove the crown and then take a new impression. Lo and behold, I realized too late that this implant was one piece. Now my only option is to remove this implant and hopefully place another. I'm thinking that I will graf...
