On my way to CHicago Midwinter meeting.  Last case was fun for me....Microscope Assisted Immediate extraction and implant placement for tooth 14.  Low Level Laser at end....Implant was a 4.5 by 13mm HiOssen...maybe could have gotten away with 4.0 by 13 mm but the PIezo helped me get the tooth out nicely, laser disinfection and immediate with cortical stabilization of the palate.  Grafted the jump gap but it was small.....On my way ...

Hi.   I took your PRF course in Toronto recently. I need your valued feed back about a case I did about 2 months ago.The Client had missing 24 and 25.I did 2 implants and sinus bump with 25 implant. and placed healing abutments at same time as I had primary stability..At same time I did Horizontal GBR with FDBA( Sureoss-Powder)and PRF as the buccal bone was little thin but No thread show through at that ...

Bite instructors, Happy New Year.   I have some more information about this case and I need  your guidance to start.   In accident patient's 11 and 12 was knocked out. 21 was dislocated which was repositioned in VGH and splinted for 10 days. 13 was left the way it is.   Upon examination 21 has mobility. Thought I would share this case from yesterday. Hi guys,   I have a 22 implant but CT shows that ridge narrowing to 2.46mm at the apex but widens again beyond that point.  Patient has low lip rise.  Defect appears to be on the palatal.  Should I graft on buccal anyways and place the 3.5 Hiossen mini or graft and wait.  Is it even possible given that the original 22 was rotated and the space left in the arch is only 4.8mm?   Thoughts?   Sokhi...
