[Prosthetics]  Occlusion from Hell!!!

Happy new year everyone!

here's a patient , we are trying to get through the final restorative phase. 

No static bite exists. 

Had to fabricate lab processed temp crowns for pt to wear semi-longterm to figure out his 'functional bite'. 

Once he was comfortable, we did transfer mount. 

This goes to show how challenging a free-end case can be!

I bet you are right!

unfortunately the pt doesnt admit of possible sleep apnea. But he does show classical signs. Ie. grinding, redness around eyes, obesity, falling a sleep during appts. Etc...

sleep apnea: very under dx disorder IMHO.

Nice case !

This looks like a nice neuromuscular set-up case .  I would bet that there is a high likelihood this person has sleep apnea and/or other health  related issues .
