Hi Mark,
These are some general questions regarding teeth set-ups for "Teeth in a Day" full arch solutions.
1) If the final is to be restored with a Zirconia prosthesis, do you still use linguoform teeth in your provisional prosthesis?
2) Is the "lingualized occlusion" teeth set up something that is typically followed in the final Zirconia prosthesis as well?
3) What sort of guidance pattern is recommended for most full arch cases? Group function?
Thanks!

Dear Raj,
Sorry for the delay in response.
Linguoform is commonly used teeth set up but not always.
The whole idea is to not "lock in" the occlusion which may lead to unwanted chipping and breakages.
We have been using yahamachi teeth with a bit of lingualized setup but they have discontinued these teeth in canadian distribution.
You can have your set up with linguoform and scan that for the frame work of zirconia. since it is lingualized teeth set up there really is not 'group function' or specific guidance.
Typically we would have canine and first premolar guidance.
hope this helps,
