Hi Majid, Thanks for your post. Sound like the osteotomy was too conservative (either bone is dense or osteotomy is insufficient - in length or diameter). I'd recommend removing the implant and reperforming the osteotomy and/or perform a deeper thread tap before trying to place the implant again. I don't recommend forcing the implant with a manual torque driver as it could result in the implant fracturing/flowering. Cheers!
