Bernard,Took your PRF course.Use single puncture technique. Usually 2 red, 2 white, 27x12. Use Double seed from membranes finely chopped. Add liquid column from white tubes. My bone is usually very consistent from case to case. It definitely can be picked up as a single unit as it retains the shape of the dish it was in. I guess you could call it pliable and maintains shape.I have been reading some of the PRF discussion on here. Can you des...

The crowns are NOT splinted and I had the patient show me that he can floss in between the crowns. He flosses every day. I checked occlusion, although not perfect it is...

I should start by saying that I have not yet taken any PRF courses (but I plan on doing so in the near future). But first, could someone explain to me what are the main differences between: L-PRF and A-PRF and CGF? From what I have read online, all three are membrane types but use different centrifuges, L-PRF with the Hettich EB200, A-PRF with Choukroun's Duo Centrifuge, and CGF with Medifuge. Can someone explain briefly the mai...

Hello, 60 yr old female with non complicated med hx. I did implants 36, 46 four months ago, patient came back today for final impression. 46 doing great, but there is infection around the 36 implant with some bone loss on it and the adjacent 37. No mobility on 36 implant, seems well integrated (I don't have an ISQ reading) Wondering what the best way to proceed is? My thoughts, lay a flap, debride the infected area...
