Can we spin for 5 minutes, take out 2 tubes, and resume spinning for 7 minutes more for the remaining tubes to make iPRF and PRF to avoid drawing blood twice, or do we need 2 centrifuges to do this???

Yup - iPRF is more of an advanced technique. Robert - your draw now, interrupt then spin some more is a concept I already thought through. But it does not work clinically/practically. I'm still working out the kinks. Catheters are an option. Please give me time to figure it out - we'll have it down by the next course ;-)

Hi Robert, Best answer should come from Dr. Jin. In my book, he's the expert. I have been doing iPRF in my office as well. (Dr. Jin still tweaking with the parameters) From my understanding your above method does not work well. RPM is different for Iprf vs Lprf; hence different product altogether. For now I am drawing twice but you are right it is a pain in the A**. I think Dr. jin will teach us to use catheter so we can draw blood during any time. - mark
